Post up your exact routine, including warm up sets and be as exact in the form style as you can. IE: full range of motion, etc.
Rick, 5/3/1 isnt bad but its really not the best for a bodybuilder. dont get me wrong, it can be used and you may get some decent results, but its really a program that is built with a focus on strength.
