Bodybuilding volume question
Built my strength to a decent level I think. Recently switched to a 4 day bodybuilding type split and it really seems to beat up my joints. Only 5 weeks in and I need a rest. Would it make more sense to deload every 4th week, or do you think 12-16 per big bodypart is too much?
My squat sets are around 320-350, deadlift I do 400s for reps and bench press my reps are mid to upper 200s.
