BtB, one quick question. On the ex-hardgainer routine, what do you recommend for the shoulder presses? The video link goes to a seated behind-the-neck press. Is that the best option? Thanks in advance!

It's pretty wide open for that lift. If you can find a bench that inclines back ever so slightly from 90 degrees, then seated overhead presses in front are a good choice, as are dumbbell presses.
Behind the necks are good, but I don't recommend taking them below the ear. This is more a longevity thing.
