Concerning the power or the mind, have you heard of Mirror Therapy? I hadn't until, yesterday...I can't fully describe what I read about it (can't recall exactly where I saw it either, I read too much
) but, strange as it sounds, it is used as a source of pain relief and actually works, for some. Weird but true.
Just thought I'd add another dimension on the power of the mind.
