Those are all fresh measurements and pics i just started this log so i'm not sure if i want to measure every 3months, 6 months, or just wait until the end of the year and see were i'm at. ya know the measurement goals don't mean as much to me as the power lift goals. until just two yrs ago i had never done deads period. i very rarely would do bench or squats either. i was a pretty boy and stuck to all the machines and did DB work high reps. but when i hit 30 and i ballooned up to 200 from 155(not muscle) i made a switch and decided i wanted pure power. so thats where were at.
