Big Session to come off of a deload with. Those are some heavy power cleans.
Some pretty intense conditioning work as well. Good stuff.
Interested to hear about how the carb backloading goes. I am going to try and drop weight this summer. My first steps are going to be to cut out cheese and limit carbs to brown rice and sweet potatoes. Seeing you doing the same thing tells me I'm on the right track.
