Just to throw a proverbial wrench in here, some people that workout and workout really hard are still overweight, a fact that they are fully aware of, but the point is, they like
exercise and are consistent with it.
Generally, it comes down to diet and seldom exercise alone, otherwise half the people that lift a ton at meets would be slim guys.
