Had to get some type of iron in even though I just finished up a few hours of firewood. I wasn't going to start back up until Monday because I knew I had a lot of work to do this weekend. But I saw that YouTube video that somebody posted in the "how did you get started on powerlifting" thread and knew I had to get something in today. Damn motivational videos.
