Ok im likin this, based on past experience and how sore i was friday i figured id still be feeling it till monday atleast. But thanks to my new daily cocktail of Xtend, Creatine, and lemonade powder i'm feeling no soreness at all. so as of right now the recovery portion is getting a 10/10
