Thanks Swede. BTNP always feels a lot less stressful on my joints and tendons/ligaments. Maybe its because I only go down to mid-ear level?

Thanks BtB. Left hamstring is feeling a lot better, no cramping this week, and its feeling strong during squats and deads. I'll keep the rest of me that way for the rest of the month if I can help it.

Thanks Josh! Switching to the 5 singles and 3 lighter "rep" sets has made me feel like I'm recovering better between sessions.
