Another good day. Squats were ok, but I was pretty fatigued by the time I got to them, and didn't make all my reps. Will stay at 205 until I get 20+

Bench
45 x 5
95 x 5
135 x 5 - good speed on these still
185 x 3 - slowed down a little
210 x 1
235 x 1 - super light
235 x 1 - light
235 x 1 - about right
235 x 1 - heavy
235 x 1 - felt like a ton, but went up PR # singles @ this weight.
205 x 5
205 x 3
205 x 2 - only hit required reps today, felt a little strain in the left biceps/shoulder tie in and didn't want to push it

Squat
Bar x 5
135 x 5 - ok
225 x 2 - good
275 x 1 - felt like nothing
205 x 6 - hitting depth was rough, hips were a little sore
205 x 6 - ok, but a little wobly
205 x 3 - VERY deep, very slow, high bar, but that was enough

In other news, I've never benched 235 before. Failed it every time I tried, and then skipped to 240 last week, so a new weight too. 275 here I come.
