Beef/Pork Burgers
1lb of 80/20 ground beef
1lb of Bob Evens Zesty Hot Pork Sausage
2 teaspoons of Weber Gourmet Burger Seasoning
Mix beef, sausage and seasoning well. Divide into patties.
Allow coals to turn white, place burgers approximately 12 inches above coals and turn regularly to prevent charring. Add sliced American until melted.
I like to use whole wheat bread, mustard, hellmann's and zesty bread & butter chips pickles.
