Default

I like weighted ab training or using challenging moves, endless crunches are mind numbing for me. Here's the exercises I rotate through:

Standing cable crunches
Kneeling cable crunches
Janda sit ups
Weighted planks (plates on your back)
Leg raises
Ab rollouts using barbell or ab wheel
Dragon flags
