I had been dieing to get some singles in and thought that I couldn't with the 5/3/1. I had hit 225 on my own 6 weeks ago and today it went up easy! Excited about that! 245 was definitely all I could get up, there wasn't anything left after that rep. I get so motivated with all you guys getting stronger and it pushes me.
