Default Change things up?

I've just started back lifting after a layoff. I'm feeling great and loving the Iron again. When I finish week 8 on my current workout I will be taking off on a road trip to Canada with a buddy for a week or so. When I return should I A) reset to an earlier level and work thru that? Thinking maybe I should reset occassionally using a 8 weeks and reset scheme or B) should I change up my routine all together?

I'm currently doing a full body routine of compound lifts with constant set and weekly progression.

I've read it's good to switch things up, but I also really like my current routine.

Thanks
