*I pick the bar up on my back on the 23rd notch. He says depth is perfect at 10, I feel like my ass is on the ground. I tried getting down to 10 @135 and it wasn't happening. So, plan is, on Wed, go to 10 in warm ups again -- then go to 12 @135 again. Maybe go to 11 on Friday.
