Default

Had the flu all week since Sunday and was finally able to do something today. I tried squatting yesterday and my joints hurt so bad with just the bar I had to quit. I even lost 6 pounds because I had no appetite over the last 5 days. Big bummer as I'm on a quest to weigh over 200 lbs and now I'm back down to 180. I tried to bench and was able to somewhat. I hit 190 for 8 reps even still feeling the darn flu lingering. So I was happy with that and called it a day.
Friday-bench 190 for 8 reps.
