Squat everyday To a max single then hit backoffs for lots of volume at about 50-100% of max. Rotate in special bars and change the contrast (bands n chains) daily. It rolls together nicely as you are doing the same lift daily but differently, the motor pattern is the same but you don’t burn out by only doing straight weight. One lift variant builds another which builds another and so on like that. It works wonderfully well for squats.
