Monday is Oly Lifting day
We did
Snatch (up to a heavy double)
I worked up to 70kgx2
Felt good and light, I want MOOAARRR
Clean and Jerk (up to a heavy double)
60kgx2
This was easy to clean, but I am having issues jerking, which are slowly getting sorted out. Its not that the weight is heavy, its just I am having trouble getting udner it properly.

These felt a bit better, I am working on my rear foot position and speed under the bar. The last one felt good and easy though.
My friend filmed my first rep of my 70kg snatch, he stopped the camera before I pulled my 2nd rep though.
