Might I suggest a scheme that a team member is using? I believe it goes this way
Week1:5x10@65-70%
Week2-3:5x5@75-85%
Week4:3x3@90-95%
I believe that's how its done and he benches 2-3/week...he's a 650+RAW benchers...LOL
