Yeah I mentioned in an earlier post I didn't have a need for upper arm training when I was competing strongman, but now that I'm on the mend I throw arms in once a week or so... today is that workout, so luckily (like you said) no posterior... no chest either which is huge, I couldn't handle that either!

I have been stubborn the last 10 years, rarely working on arms. I'm trying to do a bit more this year.
