Bodyweight was 209 tonight.
As the title of the post implies, this session was revealing and exciting. I was exhausted very early and didn't do the final sets of the first two exercises. The foreseeable future will be devoted to honing my technique and VERY slowly increasing weight until technique breaks down, then i'll use that weight until i'm confident in my form, etc. As of right now, the only bit I'm confident in is wanting to do it.

I'm looking forward to this training; it is going to be very interesting!
