I haven't posted much lately, but I've still been training. My training lately has been more focused on building some size with more volume and frequency. I am using heavy weights though. I've been working up to a set of 1-3 on a big lift, and then doing a ton of volume. Hit an easy 335 bench today followed by a drop set of 225x10 plus a bunch of other stuff. I'm going to try to get back to posting more often. After my last competition I am getting really serious about getting bigger and stronger. No more messing around. I will have to compete in the Open class from now on, and I really need to be in the 231 class eventually.
