This morning I had in season training for baseball at 6:30AM and then off-season training for group 1 of football at 7:30AM:

REVERSE BAND BENCH: 275x3/315x3/365x3/395x1/405x1/435x1 got it!
Lat Pulldown: 3 x 10-12
A. Decline Chain Push-up: 3 x Failure (around 15-25)
A. Band Pull Aparts 3 x20
DB Lateral Raises: 3x15 ea. arm
On to the next one! Next group was at 10:00AM! Crushing it...
