I have been away from this thread for a few days, so I haven't gone back and read EVERY post, so I may end up being redundant.
I stated early on that it is an over used excuse. The average lifter, the operative word being average, does not lift at the volume or intensity to over train. If you are progressing in the sport, as many here are, it can become more of a reality. My observation , however, is that most advanced lifters know their body well enough that they would not allow that to happen.
On the McRoberts question. I like his stuff, what I have read any way.
