1.Floor Press: worked up to 355x1: needed a little push from the bottom but locked it out
2.DB Incline Press: 8-10 reps w. 85, 95,105
3. Seated Rows 4 x 8-10
4. Hammer should press: 3 x 8-10
5. Facepulls: 4 x 8-10
Tomorrow is going to be a great day...rack pulls from below the knee!
