Rule 10: the virtual three board press

When performing a bench press, at the bottom position, you must leave at least six inches between the bar and your chest. If performed correctly, you should be able to fit a medieval bible between your chest and the bar.

[DO you get this in the USA? I see this in UK gyms all the time]

Don't forget: if you can lower 100kg within hailing distance of your chest, you can tell everyone you have a '100 kg benchpress'.
