Default All World Deadlift

Question please; I just started the AWDL routine and did 600 for a triple in week 1 fro my max. Do I add weight for each 3X max as I progress? Also, this training seems very lock-out centric. Does anyone have any feedback on how it helped them off the ground if it did at all.
