In theory, it would be impossible to ascertain a figure for a parallel squat based on either a 1/2 or 1/4 squat, mainly because the body would be recruiting the muscles differently meaning that a person could be weaker further down in the hole but as to how much weaker, that wouldn't be quantifiable. Leverage, joint flexibility, unfamiliar movement pattern at that depth, the sheer determination to get out of the hole...along with a whole host of other variables would exist.
