Is there any quantifiable way of measuring how much one can squat parallel based on high squats? I know it's a daft question but could you even begin to guess what a 150kg 1/2 squat or 140kg 3/4 squatter could do at parallel or is it impossible to guess? I ask because (1) I could do 140kg a few (4-5) inches above parallel but only 130kg at parallel and (2) I often see people do 140kg and 160kg for 10-12 reps at anywhere between 1/2 and 3/4 and wonder what this would convert to.
