Calories and fat are going to be two biggies. It also has helped me to have a few whey shakes during the day along with BCAAs.

not sure how many cals. my first meal was 8 eggs, 2 waffles w/syrup, piece of poundcake, glass of oj and a heaping bowl of cheerios. i generally have a lb of chicken and a bunch of sweet potato or rice.
going to have a shake soon.
on off days i cut carbs and increase fats
