Thanks. That's the same way I am about supplements. I think you and I pretty much see eye to eye on all aspects of training. Everything I see you write on here is exactly what I would have said. I don't think I've read a post of yours I've ever disagreed with. If I wasn't cutting, I'd probably have creatine monohydrate in that supplement blend, but since I'm cutting it's BCAA's.
