Decent day today. Played with a belt during benching, not sure it made much of a difference, but it certainly didn't hurt any.

Squat - these were ok, but having rocked squats about 12 hours earlier, I took it a little easy on them. Mostly, I tested depth with the belt on, and it felt pretty good.

My conditioning sucks, so I decided today is as good a day as any to start working on it.
