There is a lot of good info in this thread already so i wont anything technical, but one thing i would suggest is that you find a type of cardio you enjoy and using variety. there is nothing worse than boring cardio. Things like jumping rope, shadowboxing, burpees, dumbell swings, biking etc. will keep it fun.

If only I had a heavy bag I could definitely do some boxing. I used to box amateur back when I was a senior in high school. I was 5'8" 155lbs back then though.
I'm just not sure which bodyfat % I should really use. The calibers are suggesting 26% when the method used by the military is suggesting 31%.
