TUESDAY: MAX EFFORT DEADLIFT
I suck at deadlifts.
1. Rack Pulls (bar below knee) - 275 x 3/315x3/365x3/405x2/435x1 like i said..deadlifts suck but im still going to push through and crush it
2. DB Walking Lunges: 10 ea leg.
3. GHR - 3 x AMAP (as many as possible) usually hit around 10-15 reps
Stadium sprints - 10 reps
gotta get that conditioning up and drop some weight..by the way, today was my high carb day and I was a happy boy
