Thanks guys sorry to respond so late, I was completely wiped up from that lift. I went heavy on Squat and Deadlift variants the week before and prob should have deloaded, but that what this week is for . I definitely strained some muscles but thats what will make them stronger. Nursing my wounds and amping up for a vicious back squat pr the 24th!
