I was never "genetically gifted" growing up. I was tall and skinny growing up and got in middle school and started getting bullied. After high school, I decided I was going to change all of that and become big and strong and stand for the weak.

I started training and ended up having a decent mix between strength, size, and agility. I ended up taking up boxing and submission wrestling as well. I ended up hearing so many different theories from weightlifting buddies that I decided to do my own research and it turns out all of it was mens health magazine bullcrap. I now do a lot of training for people that actually listen and love my gains.

I basically train for the "what if" scenarios. I watch a lot of horror movies. I guess that's why I've became a gun collector, won't own a vehicle unless its' a 4x4 truck, sleep with flash lights and guns in easy to reach places nearby, etc. as well as taken up all forms of martial arts and weight training.
