I plan to get an adjustment today as well as at least one trip to the steam room. Probably do a little mobility stuff, with careful attention not to twist my knee...

Interesting observation... several times over the last week or so, i've slept under 3 blankets, and each time, i've woken up VERY rested, feeling ready to go. I've never read or heard anything even close to this, and its getting my curiousity up. Time to do a little research and see if theres any info out there... only thing i can think of is its kind of heavy and may keep me from rolling around all night?
It's because you have little girl blood that needs to be heated up from time to time
