You're certainly ensuring that this log is awesome! Amazing squatting. I assume that IF means Intermittent Fasting (forgive my ignorance )

What is your view on the whole 'if you don't eat every 4 hours your body enters a catabolic state' theory? Personally, I find it very hard to eat numerous times a day and have special difficulty eating in the morning.
