I have not done this yet for any serious length of time. I have however, tried eliminating everything and haven't had any success.

I did forever and it didnt seem to reveal much. Its all rather random seeming. I can say that the most likely culprit was stress. I am attempting to live much more stress free. meaning less worry and negativity.

Reading and listening to a few Christian authors which have been very helpful. Im also back to listening to Anthony Robbins and studying other positive thinking/stress management techniques. At this point its motre about puting into practice the stuff i already know.
