I like it. Stick with the basics, and you'll be fine. No need to open a mini-mart of supps in your pantry.

I like to keep my supps pretty basic.

1. Protein powder, Because it's the cheapest way to get protein. I get mine from Wal-mart for about 15 bucks.

2. Fish oil caps from Wal-mart. I take two-three with each serving of protein powder.

3. Multi-vitamin, Nothing crazy expensive, lately it's Centrum Silver.

4. Dessicated Liver tabs. Full of Amino acids, iron, and a lot of other healthy stuff. Real old school stuff here. Make sure and eat your vegatables if your taking these, and drink your water.
