Just food for the discussion.

I dont really buy into this anymore. fat cells may still be there, but look at dave tate. He used to be pretty chunky when he was at his pinnacle of powerlifting, but has since changed up his goals and has cut a ton of weight and is now shredded... where did his huge overinflated fat cells go? They surely dont take up much room on him now...

Also John Pinder of iron addicts. Dude used to compete in the 308s... hes sitting at 250ish at 6% bf right now... his latest pic shows no deflated fat cell balloons making him look soft...

Not saying you're wrong about the cells being there, but, if they are, it doesnt seem to matter in these two real world examples...
