NOTES
Deads were both good and bad. My first goal was to reach the point of being able to consistently pulll over 300 for reps. I have reached that goal. Today's just didn't feel right. I can't place my finger on what it was, just that "something ain't right" feeling, so I didn't push it past the 3 I needed today.
Added 2.5 lbs to the squats. Felt good. I took it nice and easy going as deep as I could on every squat, well past ||.
