I have used both. They are supplements that have given me noticeable benefits. Creatine was once a staple, but now the back and shoulder pumps I get from it are unbearable.
BCAAs I started using after a run with the Warrior Diet and noticed they helped stave off muscle loss. I have since started to believe that they are worthwhile for people who may not get optimal sleep, eat an optimal diet, or who may be cutting or training extremely hard.
