I use 2 servings All American EFX whey protein powders (1 serving vanalla and 1 chocolate), 2 servings wheat flower pancake mix, AAEFX’s LBA’s, LG-5, natty peanut butter and honey.
Each layer:
mix 1 serving pro powder with 1 serving wheat flower in a cooking sprayed clear bowl till becomes like mud.
- micrawave for 30 sec at a time till fluffy and no evidence of mud left.
- Put one layer down and coat with natty Peanut butter and honey.
- Put 2nd layer on top and coat with natty peanutbuter and honey.
- Mix together LG-5 and Chocolate LBA's and cover cake.
