My current program has a lot of frequency on the main lifts. Squatting 3 times a week, heavy, light and slightly less heavy. Deadlifting heavy singles (6 per week), snatch grip deadlift and sumo deadlift. I am also pressing 3 times a week, heavy each day more or less.
