NOTES
Wow! today was more of a challenge than I expected. Deads went okay, considering it has been about 2 weeks since I have done one.
First two sets of squats went fine, then I began to hit the wall. The last 25 reps were gutting it out, even with rests between sets. I tried to go all the way down, though I know there were a few reps that were just past ||. Focused on a nice tempo with good form. My legs are now like rubber.
I was scheduled to do some hanging knee raises, but when I could barely stand after the last set, I felt I should be done for now. May get to them later.
Summary? LOVED IT!
