Its been quite some time, but I haven't really eaten anything that interesting lately. Today was fairly normal.
Coffee w/ whey
3 eggs 2 strips bacon
Wrap with turkey, lettuce,pepperoni, gouda

Dinner: Cabbage Casserole
1 head cabbage
3 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large tomato diced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 pound sliced swiss cheese
Pre-boil the cabbage for about 12 minutes. Drain and place in the bottom of a 13x9 casserole dish.
Cook beef until nearly done, add onion and pepper and garlic. Cook until onion is almost done. Add tomatoes.
Spread the meat mixture over the cabbage, layer the cheese over the top, and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
