So, I am most concerned about horizontal pressing (CGBP) since my most recent injury was an (undiagnosed) AC joint sprain. To pre-test it, I did 20 CGPU (good) then 45x20 (good) then 95x11 (ok) then 115x11 (sorta ok).
Even though I think 135x20 would be ok, I'm going to run next week (the 10RM test week) with the 115 and then repeat it for week 1 of my
BULLDOZER program. I may be artificially holding back a bit, but I'll err on the side of caution.
