So, i get my ass outa bed this morning and start getting stuff for my son.... diaper, shorts, shirt, ect....
i have to go pee so i go to the bathroom, as i walk by the mirror i look in and im like dude you are looking leaneri mean noticably leaner.... so i finish getting the lil guy ready to go to day care so i can get some stuff acomplised before my"babys momma" gets home from work and i have to listen to her complain... anyways to make a long story short i decided to check my BF% when i started this log i was sitting around 18-19% and this morning im sitting @ 17%..... yeah.... im loving this...
